Why tracking your food leads to food freedom

Let me explain…


Tracking your macros may seem restrictive at first, but it actually leads to more freedom with food & here’s why...




When you know your daily protein, carb and fat needs, you can fit in a variety of foods, including the fun ones without blowing your goals.


So instead of thinking, “I can’t have that” you can start thinking, “how can I make this work for me today?”


Macros really just give you a flexible framework so you can enjoy your meals, desserts, or spontaneous nights out with your girls, minus the guilt!


It’s all about balance and when you get the hang of it, you realize there’s way more freedom in having a plan than constant dieting or restriction!
